OPTEX has announced that it will showcase its latest intrusion detection and perimeter security technologies at the Danish Security Fair.

According to the company, the showcase will include a preview of soon-to-be-launched high-security sensors.

REDSCAN LiDAR series

Throughout the event, the OPTEX team will present live demos of its REDSCAN LiDAR series.

These versatile LiDAR sensors can be mounted horizontally or vertically to create high-resolution virtual laser planes to protect roofs and skylights, narrow spaces and high-value assets.

The company notes that the sensors performance is not impacted by low temperatures or harsh conditions typically seen across Northern Europe.

Also featuring on stand, the OPTEX Fiber SenSys fibre optic sensor range, which are specifically designed to provide highly reliable detection across high security perimeters.

Fence-mounted, buried or in a hybrid installation, these products identify climbing, cutting, drilling or digging attempts.

For intelligent indoor detection solutions, OPTEX’s FlipX series will also feature on the stand to highlight its effectiveness for reliable security across residential and commercial sites, OPTEX adds.

“Unique set of challenges”

Eelko Griepink, Area Sales Manager for the Benelux and Northern Europe at OPTEX commented: “The Nordic region has its own unique set of challenges to overcome with its incredibly cold winters and harsh conditions.

“The Danish Security Fair allows us to connect directly with security professionals to show how our technology is built to meet these needs.

“We look forward to meeting both our existing and new customers and partners to discuss projects and demonstrate our solutions,” Griepink concluded.
